Copyright Policy

Zombler respects the intellectual property rights of others and we expect our users to do the same.

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, and specifically in accordance with 17 USC § 512(c)(3), Zombler will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Zombler website/application if such claims are reported to Zombler's Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the website/application. Upon receipt of Notice, Zombler will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged content from the website/application.

If we remove content in response to a DMCA notice, we may notify the person who saved it on Zombler so they have the opportunity to send a counter-notice. We may also send a complete copy of the notice to others, as appropriate.

It is Zombler's policy to terminate users who are found to be repeat infringers.

Notifications can also be submitted by providing Zombler's Designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works, you can provide a representative list of those copyrighted works.
2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing with sufficient detail to allow the Zombler to locate the material that is to be removed or made inaccessible.
3. Provide your mailing address, phone number, and, if available, email address.
4. Include both of the following statements in the body of the Notice:
   • "I hereby state that I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material or reference or link to such material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (for example, as a fair use)."
   • "I hereby state that the information in this notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I'm the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that’s allegedly infringed."
5. Your electronic or physical signature.
